Preamble
These terms of use govern the use of the site and any order placed on it. Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of these terms. They may be amended at any time; the applicable terms are those in force at the time the order is placed. The site does not expose any identifying information about its operator: the philosophy of the service is anonymity, both on the visitor and on the platform side.
Scope
These terms apply to any order placed on the site, regardless of where the person ordering is located. Placing an order implies full adherence to these terms, to the exclusion of all other documents. No special condition may prevail over these terms without express agreement.
Placing an Order
No customer account is required to order. Ordering is done in guest mode: you select your products, validate your cart, enter only the email and shipping address required for delivery, and then pay. The order is definitively recorded once payment is confirmed. A unique magic link is then sent to the email provided: this is the only key to access your order tracking space. An order resulting from a manifest pricing error may be cancelled.
Prices
Prices are shown inclusive of all taxes (VAT included), excluding shipping costs. You can change the display currency via the switcher at the top of the site; the euro remains the reference currency for computing the amount due, which is then paid in cryptocurrency from your wallet. Prices may be changed at any time; orders are invoiced at the rate in force at the time of validation. Shipping costs are shown before the final order validation. Free shipping may be offered above a defined purchase amount, as displayed at the time of ordering.
Payment
Payment is made online, in cryptocurrency (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, etc.). The receiving address and exact amount are displayed at checkout; the transfer is made from your wallet. The order is validated as soon as the blockchain confirms it. No banking data is collected or stored.
Delivery
Parcels are shipped to the address provided at checkout, in 100% neutral packaging: no logo, no mention of the contents, plain shipping label, no reseller name. No marketing mail is sent to the shipping address. Delivery times are given as an indication only and depend in part on the carrier.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the consumer has a withdrawal period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the products, without having to justify a reason. The request is made directly from the order space, by opening a message in the relevant order thread. Products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, to the return address communicated in reply. Return shipping costs are borne by the recipient. Reimbursement takes place within 14 days of receipt of the return.
Liability
The service cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, an unforeseeable and unavoidable act by a third party, or the recipient's own actions. Liability is limited to the amount of the relevant order. The service cannot be held liable for indirect or intangible damages. It is the responsibility of the person ordering to ensure that the products are suitable for their intended use, their state of health, and the regulations applicable in their country of residence. Information shown on the site is indicative and non-contractual.
