Order & payment
How do I place an order?
Add the products to your cart, validate it, fill in your shipping address, pick a shipping method and confirm. You'll receive a recap email and a crypto payment link. The order is final once funds are received.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We exclusively accept cryptocurrencies: Bitcoin (BTC), Tether USDT (ERC20 and TRC20), Monero (XMR), TRON (TRX) and BNB Smart Chain (BEP20). The conversion is managed automatically: you send the currency of your choice, we receive it on our side. No credit cards are accepted.
Why crypto payment only?
Crypto payment guarantees transaction privacy, removes banking intermediaries and enables more discreet delivery. No banking data is stored on our servers.
Can I edit or cancel my order?
To request a cancellation or modification, contact the team via the order area accessible from the link received by email after payment. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
The crypto amount changed after confirmation, is that normal?
The amount displayed is calculated at the real-time exchange rate. It may vary slightly depending on the time of shipment. The payment page displays a countdown timer. Sends funds before expiration for the order to be validated.
Delivery
How does delivery work?
Delivery times vary between 5 days and 4 weeks depending on the laboratory and the destination. Priority shipping is processed and shipped before standard orders, which generally reduces lead time.
Which countries do you ship to?
We deliver throughout Europe as well as the United States and Canada.
Is delivery truly anonymous?
Yes. Parcels carry no logo, no brand name and no mention of the contents. The shipping label does not list any product. No reseller name appears on the outside, and no marketing communication is sent to the delivery address.
From what amount is delivery free?
Standard shipping is free from €50 spent. Express shipping stays at €12.90 with no free threshold.
What if my parcel doesn't arrive?
If tracking stays frozen for an unusual stretch, contact customer support with your order number. We open a case with the carrier and find a solution (reshipment or refund). For missing or wrong items in a received parcel, report it within 10 days of delivery.
I lost the email with my access link, what now?
Go to the “Find my order” (/recover) page: indicate the email address and order number used for purchase. If the combination is recognized, the access link is sent to you at the same email address.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We work exclusively with certified pharmaceutical laboratories. Each reference is analyzed by an independent third-party laboratory: purity, contaminants, compliance with specifications.
Are the stated dosages accurate?
The concentrations displayed are those you receive. No underdosing, no unpleasant surprises during the analysis.
How should I store my products?
Store away from direct light, in a dry place at room temperature (15–25 °C). Refer to the product label for specific storage conditions.
Account & security
Why create an account?
An account lets you track orders, save addresses, access your history and receive status notifications. Creating an account is required to complete a purchase.
I forgot my password, what now?
On the login page, click 'Forgot your password?'. You'll receive a reset link by email. If you don't see it, check your spam folder.
Returns & warranty
What is the withdrawal period?
You have 14 calendar days from delivery to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L.221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code.
How do I make a return?
Send a message from your order area (link received by email) specifying your reason for return. Products must be returned in perfect condition in their original packaging. Return costs are your responsibility.
When am I refunded?
The refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the return, to the crypto wallet used for the original payment.
