From order to your door

Everything happens online, with no account to create. You get your tracking link by email after payment, and the parcel arrives in fully neutral packaging.

    You pick your products

    Browse the catalogue, open a product page, pick the format or dosage that suits you and add it to your cart. No signup, no profile, you shop the way you want.

  2. 02

    You place your order

    At checkout, you enter your email, your shipping address and pick a shipping method (standard or express). No account creation: everything goes through guest mode. An order number is assigned to you at this stage; keep it safe in case you don't receive the confirmation email.

  3. 03

    You pay in crypto

    Payment is made in crypto (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, etc.). We display the address and the exact amount; you send the transfer from your wallet. The order is validated as soon as the blockchain confirms: no bank in the middle, no card data stored.

    You receive a link by email

    As soon as your order is placed, we send a magic link to the email you entered. That link is your only key to your order space, keep it safe. If you lose it, you can recover it from the « Recover my link » page.

  2. 05

    You track your order in your space

    The link opens your personal order space: you see the status (awaiting payment, confirmed, shipped, delivered), you can exchange messages with us (tracking, product question, delivery issue) and check the full summary.

Shipping & delivery

    We pack and ship

    Once payment is confirmed, we prepare your order within a few business days and ship it out. The status switches to « shipped » in your space the moment the parcel leaves.

  2. 07

    100% anonymous parcel

    Neutral packaging, no logo or mention of the content on the outside. The shipping label is plain, with no reseller name. No marketing mail is sent to your shipping address.

  3. 08

    You receive your parcel

    The parcel arrives at your address. The status switches to « delivered » in your space. If anything is wrong on arrival, open a message in your order space: we handle everything from there.
