Our Approach

The philosophy of the service is data minimisation. No user account, no profile, no consolidated history: ordering happens in guest mode, and only the data strictly necessary for shipping and tracking is collected. This policy describes what is collected, for what purpose, and for how long. It may be updated at any time; the date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of the page.

Data Collected

When you place an order, we collect only: the email address (to send the magic tracking link), the postal address for delivery (for shipping), and the amount paid. No banking data is collected: payment is in cryptocurrency, the on-chain transaction footprint is kept just long enough to reconcile it with the order. While browsing, the server may keep, for short periods, technical logs (partial IP address, user agent) for security purposes. No name, no phone number, no identity document is requested.

Purposes of Processing

Data is processed to: fulfil the order (preparation and shipping); send the magic tracking link and transactional notifications (payment received, shipped, delivered); enable messaging within the order space. No data is used for profiling, resale or marketing prospecting.

Legal Basis

Processing is based on: performance of the contract, for the order, payment, shipping and tracking; legitimate interest, for the technical security of the site. No marketing-purpose processing is carried out, so no marketing consent is requested.

Retention Periods

The shipping address and order details are retained as long as required to fulfil the order, then purged or archived only to the extent imposed by applicable law. The magic link to the order space is disabled 90 days after delivery. Technical browsing logs are retained for a maximum of 13 months. Cookie preferences are retained for 6 months.

Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have a right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection regarding your data. As no account is created, exercising these rights goes through the message thread of the relevant order, in your order space (accessible via the magic link received by email, or via the « Recover my link » page if you have lost it).
