Hexarelin, also known as exhorelin and hexarelin acetate, is a potent synthetic hexapeptide and highly selective agonist (which elicits a physiological response when associated with a receptor) of the ghrelin receptor/growth hormone secretagogue and a growth hormone secretagogue.
